It's coming up as malware on the Internet http://malware.wikia.com/wiki/Browser_Defender And it hijacks your browser
The ID seems to be {cb84136f-9c44-433a-9048-c5cd9df1dc16}. However, we don't have much information about what it does, the support threads I see on SUMO are years old, and it doesn't show up in the top add-ons list, so its usage must be relatively small at present. I don't see enough here to do a block.
