  "social"apps' name will disappear after change language
 
  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
  1.Launch Settings->click[Language]->click language drop-down box->click any language->click [ok]
  2.click [home key]->Slide to first screen->you will find the first apps' name disappear-->KO
 
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
  KO:The first apps' name display correct

Would be easier for us if a tryserver build was generated so we could test the patch in question.

I can just merge it into master if it's cumbersome otherwise. pretty confident about the patch, and worst case I can just push a fix.

Appears to be fixed in master.  Tested on the Buri 1.2 mozilla RIL.  After changing the language, all of the categories display their names.

No ned to reflag qawanted - the testing needed here was only required on trunk for uplift. For post landing verification, someone will come by and verify this if there's time to verify this bug.
