reporting page incorrectly uses "all" checkboxes

https://inventory.mozilla.org/en-US/reports/ starts off with each of the "all" checkboxes ticked off. If you untick the all checkbox, it... selects everything else. If you have unchecked all but one box (say "production") and then you go back and add another that is not "all," it checks "all" as well. In both of those cases, you have to go back and uncheck everything you don't want for each category. There is also no easy way to deselect all boxes; they must each be done individually.
