Details

When the Web Console is open, some shortcuts like Ctrl-L and Ctrl-K don't work; focus stays in the Web Console's text box. Other shortcuts like Ctrl-W seem to work. There is no problem on Aurora; I think the regression is within the last week.
This still hits me several times a day. (My usual flow: ctrl-t to open a tab, ctrl-shift-k to prepare the console, ctrl-l to navigate the page, but ctrl-l now doesn't work.)

I can't repro this in Dev Edition 36, closing for now.
