Details

The eideticker documentation has gotten to the size and scale where it would probably be valuable to have its own website and annotate the code where appropriate (would be especially useful for documenting how to write new tests). I've had good experiences using readthedocs for marionette (https://marionette_client.readthedocs.org/en/latest/) and mozbase (http://mozbase.readthedocs.org/en/latest/). Let's do that again.
