This test was written in bug 770731. I changed it to use SpecialPowers.pushPermissions and wrapped the Cu.utils.import call inside a " if (SpecialPowers.isMainProcess())". This test can't be turned on for b2g yet, because it uses https and that doesn't work yet for b2g mochitest, see bug 907770.
