Hi!

I have a Commit Access Level 3 associated to [e-mail], and I would like to transfer this access right to [e-mail]

I added into CC of this bug, my two vouchers that vouched for me to get my level 3.

Is it necessary to complete a new committer's agreement?

No new agreement is required.

Created a new account as a community member with only HG rights.  I assumed you wanted your ssh_key transfered and have done so.

I forgot that you had attached a new ssh_key. That is the key I used.

Thanks! But I have just switched my private key in my .ssh folder, and I can't push on try anymore:
> pushing to ssh://hg.mozilla.org/try
> remote: Permission denied (publickey).

Are you using the username of guillaume.abadie and  the new ssh key?  I double checked your account and you are configured properly.

Username should be the full email address.
