Steps to reproduce:
For a number of versions, cache and similar clearing has been in the "Clear All History" dialog, which is reached via Preferences->Privacy->History. The link to "clear your recent history" does not appear when the dropdown value is "Use custom settings for history". Reaching the link requires selecting the default "Remember history", which blows away any custom settings.
Actual results:
The link for "clear your recent history" is only visible when "Remember history" is selected.
Expected results:
The link should also be visible when "Use custom settings for history" is selected.
