This is extremely broken.
Just scroll on Facebook or any sites in general (even filing a bug on bugzilla is horrible).
I started noticing this yesterday.

I can reproduce the problem only when I turn off from Advanced preferences.

I have not noticed for a long while (even when FF26 was on Nightly).

Is this good enough? or would you like me to try the Aurora builds?
