WIFI icon are not uniform when you changge language into China
REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
1.change language into china
2.settings->wifi->manage networks,WIFI icon are not uniform->KO

WIFI icon should be uniform

Let's move this bug over to zh-CN. I hope I understood the bug correctly, it's a bit confusing, and I don't understand where the screenshot is coming from.

Screenshots should be from left to right:
1. Settings
2. Settings -> Wi-Fi
3. Settings -> Wi-Fi -> Manage networks (and the en-US string should be "MAC address")
