This is a severe regression.
I can see many redrawing problems in Nightly.
For example:
* status bar keeps accumulating text
* Selections made with the mouse do not appear
* Text typed into forms does not appear
* Tab Loading circle animation has a black background when it shouldn't
* Opening and closing the find toolbar leaves behind graphics on the screen

Time to return to Aurora.
This should be fixed in the latest nightly.

Resolution: --- → WORKSFORME
It appears that there is a new rendering problem in Nightly, this time the screen is painted black every time an area of the screen is redrawn.  It is highly visible when scrolling.  But the old problem I had before was resolved a long time ago.
