:dria, this is an unstory. :) Is there a reason I'm overlooking why it exists? Should be tracked? 

Seems to me the story might be revised to "As a user, I want my Reading List content to be synced to other Firefox devices and platforms so that I can continue reading whenever and wherever I want to." then mark as backlog. Yes?
