STR:
* have a bug with a dependency on another bug
* have 2 people on the same bug (let's say: Bob and Alice)
* have the 2 people remove that dependency in the same time. One of them (let's say Alice) adds some comment and add a needinfo (don't know if this is mandatory, but that's what I did)

Expected:
* one of the 2 guys has a mid-air collision

Actual:
* none got the mid-air collision
* somehow the 2 requests got merged
* both got the mail notification like this:

  <the other person> <email> changed:

... the changes made by Alice... with the same "depends" line twice
... Comment #21 from Alice


So basically both changes

In case that's useful, I got this in bug 905075 for comment 21 and the dependency change just before.
