0. Install the Fil@Tours app from Marketplace https://marketplace.firefox.com/app/filatours/
1. Goto about:apps
2. The application is listed, tap on it

Expected result:
Application should be started

Actual result:
Nothing happens

If you add the application to the home screen, you can launch it on nightly. With current beta (24), it launched from the home screen but then it fails with a "File not found error".
Was this determined in channel that it's a packaged app issue? Which bug was referenced? I forget. Dupe?

This currently works for me (modulo bug 1036170), and it's on the old runtime implementation, which has been completely replaced; so I'm marking WORKSFORME.  But please reopen it if you can still reproduce it!
