   A.- Overview Description (technical background, concise explanation of the bug):
    
    DUT does not show 2G/3G icon in Manual Network Selection
    The response about the available/forbbiden network is in english and selected lenguage is spanish(see attached picture).

    B.- Steps to Reproduce (initial conditions, required resources, step by step instructions to reproduce):
    
    Make a manual network selection.
  Settings -> Network -> Networks operators -> Automatic Selection-->off

    C.- Actual Result (current bad behaviour that is reported as a bug):
    
    DUT does not show 2G/3G icon in Manual Network Selection
    The response about the available/forbbiden network is in english and    selected lenguage is spanish(see attached picture).

    D.- Expected Result (correct behaviour wished):
    The PLMNs should be presented in the following order:
 1st. HPLMN
 2nd. Other PLMN/access technology combinations with received high quality signal in random order.
 3rd. Other PLMN/access technology combinations in order of decreasing signal quality.
The FPLMNs should be indicated with an icon (to indicate the user that the network is present but can't be accessed). This is Mandatory.
The Access Technologies (2G or 3G) of each network are indicated with an icon. This is Highly Recommended.
The Operator can be selected and that the other networks can be selected too but the registration fails.

Is this a must have for 1.2?

 you are requesting a feature add - not possible after 9/16 unless a strong case is presented.

I don't have strong case for this one from partner. This is from one of the local OB test cases. I list is as koi? since it is the only flag I could pick up for the feature request at that time. I am ok if moving it to v1.3.
