The bug still exists. Reproduced on a ZTE device Build 20130828 FFOS v1.1
When I hit the "Report Tweet" button, the options' checkboxes are not aligned, and one of them is off the page completely ('Abusive' option). It matches the screenshot already attached to this bug.

Jeremy, can you provide a date for when this bug will be fixed? The preloaded apps for FFOS version 1.2 deadline is coming up on Monday, November 25th.
