I just created a new user in Windows, and much to my surprise on first login (after all the "getting your desktop ready" etc.), I had both IE and Chrome pinned by default to the taskbar.

This is interesting.  Can we figure out how, and can we pin Firefox there as well for new user accounts if it's installed?
Oh, there's also a Chrome shortcut on the desktop.
