Details

STR:
1. Create an IMAP account.
2. Continue to Email -> Message box
3. Go to Settings
4. Change the Synchronize the value to different value

Result: 
Message box is not showing the emails as per the synchronized setting value.

Expected: 
Message box should show the emails as per the synchronized setting value.

Note:
1. Issue is not replaced with ActiveSync accounts.
2. Issue reproduced with gaia v1-train.

As per my analysis,

Synchronize value is been set for syncRange when user changes the synchronize value in IMAP settings.
On refresh of the folder , syncRange value is not considered for refereshSlice but Message Slice startTS and endTS is taken always.

Please check.
