Issue originally reported by Spanish localizers, I can confirm the behavior on a Keon running Firefox OS 1.1.

When visited with Firefox OS the final links are correct ("Learn more about Firefox OS?", "Discover all the ways to take Firefox on the go"), but in the top part there's a warning about Firefox being out of date ("Looks like you’re using an older version of Firefox.") with a link to SUMO explaining how to update Firefox.
