LIBXUL_LIBRARY (needed for ccrework), EXPORT_LIBRARY, IS_COMPONENT, FORCE_*_LIB. I'm doing these all at once since most of them occur in the same place, to the point that two macros for copy-paste satisfies 80% of the work that needs to be done.

Looks fine, but you should probably make a note to remove the rest of the MOZILLA_INTERNAL_API definitions as well at some point.
