- Submit feedback on -dev from the consumer pages, both anonymously and authenticated
- Verify that the consumer pages do tell you that the message has been sent
- Verify that you can see the feedback in Fake Email admin (/admin/mail), and that it contains your IP address, as well as your user information if you were logged in

The feedback is successfully sent, the feedback and IP are visible in the Fake Email admin page, but for logged users, the username, name and mail fields are missing.
