STR:
- Verify... everything about ratings/reviews on the consumer pages. That means in particular:
  - Seeing reviews correctly on an app, including pagination (clicking "more") when there are too many
  - Posting ratings/reviews on apps, seeing them after posting, seeing them after posting and then reloading
  - Editing ratings/reviews as the rating/review owner
  - Deleting reviews as the review author, also as the App Owner, also as a special user with Users:Edit or Addons:Edit rights (but no other)
