Steps to reproduce:
1. open testcase
2. pin as app tab
3. press submit query
4. quit Firefox
5. start Firefox
6. open web console, press reload button
Actual results:
3. [correct] Firefox issues POST .../post.pl
5. Firefox issues GET .../post.pl
6. Firefox issues GET .../post.pl
Expected results:
5., 6: no GET request
