【Repro Steps*】：
1. the device enable SIMLOCK, and go to netlock status.

【Expect Result*】：For the nck UI, Only one text_box to enter NCK, and the input should limited to Digits

【Real Result*】：There are two text_box to enter NCK, one for Digits, and another for Alphabet. It seems that the second text_box is useless, only make the user confused(see in attachment).
