Steps to reproduce:

【Detail Description*】：When the UE call the numbers which are not FDN , there is no  Instruction about this.
【Repro Steps*】：
1. Insert a FDN card to the UE .
2. Call the numbers which are not FDN and could not call up successfully.
3. Check the interface.
【Expect Result*】：There is a Instruction that "could not call the numbers which are not FDN "in the interface.
【Real Result*】：There is not a Instruction that "could not call the numbers which are not FDN "in the interface.

I've checked that the feature is complete. What I showed you yesterday is an issue and I filed another bugs on it. I'll marked this as dup of the user story.

yes. no new features are included in V1.1.
