Hebrew to English

* Description:
  This problem happens on v1.2 branch.
  Hebrew is written from right to left. English is written from left to right.
  If you switch the keyboard layout from Hebrew to English, the cursor still stay on left side and tap text field cannot get any response.

* Precondition:
  - Enable Hebrew keyboard layout

* Reproduction steps:
  1. Launch the contact app
  2. Tap "+" to add a new contact.
  3. Tap the "Name" field
  4. Long press the Global key
  5. Switch to Hebrew keyboard layout
  6. Input some characters in the text field
  7. Switch to English keyboard layout
  8. Observe the cursor and tap the text field.

* Expected result:
  The cursor is in the end of the text field.

* Actual result:
  The cursor is in the beginning of the text field.

This is a bug, but we have not officially support RTL language yet.
blocking-b2g: koi? → ---
This is not related to keyboard, but Unicode Bi-directional. I don't think this is really a bug.
