When user is offline during vivo chat, the offline message is seen in English.

Repro Steps:
1. Updated Leo to Build ID: 20130828155538 Base Build v10a
2. Enter Telephone Number 
3. Press 'Eviar Codigo' button
4. Enter 'Codigo' 
5. Enter 'Validar'
6. Press 'Entrar' button
7. Tap on 'Bate Papo'
8. Tap on 'Bate Papo 11'
9. Type a message and press 'Enviar'
10.Pull down notification bar and click on Airplane mode
11. Observe the Error message prompted

Actual:
User receives the message in English

Expected:
User receives messages in Portuguese
