Steps to reproduce:

【Detail Description*】：When listen a FM radio ,there is no sound in the incoming call.
【Repro Steps*】：
1.Insert a earphone to the UE.
2.Listen a FM radio .
3.Make a call to the UE .
4.The UE answer the call.
【Expect Result*】：
1.The FM is stopped .
2.Could hear the  sound from the earphone .
【Real Result*】：
Could not hear the  sound from the earphone .
