1. Navigate to http://research.microsoft.com/en-us/um/people/sdumais/ecir07-metzlerdumaismeek-final.pdf
2. Observe that the document's visible text is shifted to the right so that about half of it is cut off.

Notes:
- When you select text by doing a Select All. Observe that the PDF's embedded text is placed correctly.
- The document appears correctly in Preview.app.
Copy of the affected PDF.
Seems to work for me.
I'm on the latest Nightly if that makes a difference. I'll try to test it on other Macs soon.
I couldn't reproduce it on Mac OS 10.9 using latest Nightly (20130901030218).

Can you please try to reproduce this issue in safe mode? How about on a clean profile?

Issue with zoom levels applied to the PDF Viewer.

Ctrl+0 will fix it (with Mac commands).
