Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:23.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/23.0 (Beta/Release)
Build ID: 20130814063812
Steps to reproduce:
1. http://JesusnJim.com/calculators/finances/calculator-with-estimator-to-save-up-for-item.html
2. click button to create URL (it's a submit button)
3. examine new URL for entry ienableTax=on as found in Chrome, IE10, opera, safari,
Actual results:
but not read or written in ff, works in other browsers
Expected results:
should be ienableTax=on for <input type="checkbox" name="ienableTax" checked> and if it's not checked, should not give a value in URL (I think that's unfortunate, w3c should change the way this operates, I think it should always have a value like on and off, not just on only)

The checkbox seems to work fine in Firefox 25.
