Details
On a Geeksphone Keon, running OS version = 1.0.1.0-prerelease With the wi-fi disabled AND mobile data enabled, and I go to the Internet Sharing menu, I can tap the Wi-Fi Hotspot toggle and it temporarily turns ON before resetting itself back to OFF. Expected behaviour should be to present this screen as disabled / greyed out and show some sort of message to the user telling them to enable the wi-fi in order to activate the hotspot functionality, or even asking them if they want to enable the wi-fi, and allow enabling it from this screen, saving some taps to the user :-)
