Description

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2; rv:26.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/26.0 (Beta/Release)
Build ID: 20130902030220

Steps to reproduce:

Step 1: If not downloaded yet, download and install the NVDA screen reader from http://www.nvaccess.org
Step 2: After installed, launch Mozilla Firefox Nightly on Windows 8. As expected, it'll start using Metro mode.
Step 3: Now, go to any website.
Step 4: Press the "Alt," key. You'll notice that the menu bar won't be focused with NVDA.

Actual results:

The Menu Bar isn't focused when using Mozilla Nightly with NVDA.

Expected results:

The Menu Bar should be focused, just like in previous versions of the app, or there should be another way to access features such as settings/options/private browsing when using Firefox with a screen reader in Metro mode.

We don't have a menu bar, the options are available through the settings button in the Windows 8 charms menu. The keyboard shortcut for this menu is Win + I. I've confirmed this shortcut is working in metrofx. If you have any issues accessing this via the NVDA screen reader when metro fx is in the foreground, please re-open.
