912037 - Homepage apps are not loaded on MP-stage

Steps to reproduce:
1. Load MP-stage homepage https://marketplace.allizom.org/

Expected results:
The page is loaded with no issues.

Actual results:
The apps section from the homepage is stuck on loading. Also, if we navigate to another page and click the MP logo from the header, the All Categories section appear on the current page.

Notes/Issues:
Verified on FF23 (Win 7).

Looks like this might be caused by a JS error, probably because stage doesn't have something related to collections.

I'll have a look.

This should fix it. You can test by disabling rocketfuel on dev and trying to load the homepage, or pushing to stage.

But the issue was not reproducing on -dev, it was reproducible on stage, and still reproducing.

The issue isn't reproducible on -dev because the rocketfuel flag is enabled. The issue will continue to persist on stage until someone pushes.
