Description:
The user is unable to find the settings option on the notes app to make changes.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Leo Build ID: 20130828155538
2) Open "Notes" app
3) Tap on the drawer icon
4) Observe listed notebooks 

Actual:
No settings option is available 

Expected:
Settings options is available

Notes:
There is no option to delete a notebook created.

is this the same issue as 910543?
Long tapping a notebook allows the user to rename or delete it.

Please reopen and clarify what the issue is here if this is not what is meant by "settings"
