Sorry, this bug is for dashboard, I accidentally thought it was for about:telemetry.

I deployed filtering with bootstrap-select yesterday, I think this is fixed. (yeah, there might be another select implementation that's better, in particular select2 seems better with keyboard arrows). Reopen this bug, or file a new one... if somebody decides bootstrap-select doesn't quite cut it.
