STR:

1. Set browser.tabs.closeButtons to "0" (only show close button on active tab)
2. [optional, but helpful] Set double-click speed to lowest/slowest setting in your OS
3. Open a few extra tabs
4. Double-click on an inactive tab where the close button will appear
5. Click on an inactive tab
6. Repeat step 4 on the same tab you used before

Result: tab closes
Expected: the double-click protection should have reset, the second click should have been ignored

The cause of this bug looks to be that the first time the close button gets the property "_ignoredClick" set to true, and nothing resets it (eg, on tab blur).
