We noticed a few failures in this test as well on Windows 8 and XP with Nightly 26 'it' and 'de' locales.

If you are not certain of the problem's existence on other branches, leave them off.
Mark them as affected/unaffected when you are sure the problem manifests/doesn't manifest itself on those branches.

This disconnect failure appeared at the same time as the one for popups reported as bug 911976. I'm really sure that this is gone now since the FTP test has been disabled on bug 898194. So duping against that bug.

Tried to reproduce this today but wasn't able to. I will continue the investigation Monday and will come with results. 

It hasn't reproduced in teardownModule since 04.09.2013 but he seem to fail in the test as Henrik pointed out:

This happened most likely due to the high cpu load. It shouldn't be a P1 anymore. So don't spend time on trying to reproduce it. It's not the best use of your time.

No more failures in 2 weeks, this was probably due to the very high CPU load we had on some machines.
