Steps to reproduce:

1 when i open the browser for  internet surfing 

2 On the icon i clicked takes lot of time to open

3 Getting the error not opening showing the error message 


Actual results:

When i want to open a firefox for internet surfing it was not opening and getting the error and getting the problem and not at all listing the open tabs in the mozilla even through it was open it takes lot of time to get into our hand source and it was problem and lot of problematic and traversing mind to change to other browser called google chrome are some other browser


Expected results:

something might error in the code and windows are not incompatible in opening the 

browser and not able to deal with the browser correctly
