Ran into Twitter's error page (https://docs.google.com/file/d/0BzfN9sXlOXt1Q2NZbTFBTVhDNmM/edit?usp=sharing) and wanted to ensure that our error pages are also available in all languages.

Error 400 its localized and after we have that dropdown to change the language we should be able to do the same :)
