Installed by the TopArcadeGames installer from download.com (along with a slew of other crapware add-ons). I don't know what it does, but it bypasses about:newaddon on install, and the installer doesn't even give an opt-out as far as I saw. ID: {add4290c-c331-c79f-005f-4dd6f419ce36}
