Steps to reproduce:

I tried to insert the standard German character "ß" into an email text using "Insert > Characters and Symbols". 


Actual results:

Under the letter s, the character "ß" is not listed.

Expected results:

The character "ß" should be listed under the special charcters offered when choosing the letter "s".
