Details

We allow OEM/Vendors to alter settings such as Wifi/BT/GPS default state https://wiki.mozilla.org/B2G/MarketCustomizations But for example if WIFI has been defaulted off according to customization, what happens during FTE on the select WIFI network page? Should we add a button to enable WIFI or skip wifi page if it has been defaulted off? Probably a good time to consider other possible conflicts/options too.
Adding Victoria and myself on cc for the more than probable UX changes that the flow modification would imply
