Details
Lightning/Sunbird supports in the read-write mode remote calendars which were just ICS file on a WebDAV share (see https://wiki.mozilla.org/Calendar:FAQ#How_do_I_save_my_calendar_file_on_a_WebDAV_server.3F)
Would it be possible to have this supported by the B2G Calendar as well? I understand that this model doesn't scale at all, but for small groups (e.g., me and my wife ;)) this could be very simple solution available to anybody.
I hope most of the UI (and on the other hand underlying WebDAV protocol support) should be inside of the Calendar already anyway, so it might not be that complicated. Actually, even better would be if Calendar when setting up CalDAV account and finding that actually given location doesn't support CalDAV protocol (but it does support WebDAV) switch to this mode automagically?
