Steps to reproduce:

When developing a html5 page, using bootstrap 3, opened DevTools to use Responsive Design View.


Actual results:

Upon activating Responsive Design View, noticed that the select combo box was rendered without the dropdown icon at the right, worked correctly otherwise.


Expected results:

The select combo box should be rendered the same as with Responsive Design View disabled.

This sounds like the same issue as bug 1276629, which was fixed in Firefox 52.  Please reopen if this is a separate problem.
