If the diagnostics pass, please re-image the machine.
I noticed that on a couple of the last reimages for t-w864 that the machines did not reimage correctly but they were still handed over as working. Please verify that cltbld is logged in by looking at the console and making sure that it's black and not on a screen saver or at a blue login screen.
