I'd like Bugzilla to have an option to automatically prepend or append text to the bug description entered by the user that documents the product and version that the bug was reported against. Alternatively, what would also work would be some kind of bug history feature that keeps track of the changes to the bug other than the comments themselves (an audit trail). However, that seems like a lot more work.
