Platform: Mac G3 latpop only; OS: 9.1 (branch build: 2001-07-18-03-0.9.2)

1. Launch today's branch build: (branch build: 2001-07-18-03-0.9.2).
2. Select Tasks/Mail.
3. Mail window is open, select "NEW MESSAGE". Notice that the mail toolbar is
missing.
The toolbar is missing in both Modern and Classic theme. Therefore, it's not a
theme issue,
it's a bug in mailnews.

And you are sure it isn't collapsed or hidden from the menu?

(sorry for asking, but just to make sure... :) )

worksforme with the same build on the branch, with OS 9.1.  I'm guessing you
have that toolbar minimized.

No, it is not collapsed or hidden from the menu because I selected View >
Show/Hide > Mail Toolbar and Status bar. Status bar works fine but there's no
mail toobar though.
