Steps to reproduce:
Clicked "Tools" on Menu Bar
Actual results:
"Downloads" is first on the list, "Add-ons" second.
Expected results:
Actually "desired results": "Add-ons" should be at the top of the list - above "Downloads".
I check the add-ons daily; I never look at the Downloads window. Also, "A" precedes "D" in the alphabet.
Is there any particular reason for the current order?
