User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.8; rv:23.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/23.0 (Beta/Release) Build ID: 20130814063812 Steps to reproduce: In the Library window, select Tags, and rename one tag to have the same name (label) as another tag. Actual results: The renamed tag is a separate item to the original tag with the same name. Thus there are two tags with the same name listed under Tags. This persists even after restarting the browser. Expected results: The two identical tags should be merged, and all bookmarks should then be displayed under a single tag name.
This is the same issue of bug 412655. Looking into that one for a solution.
