In this pull request, we hid a bunch of the keyboard options: https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/commit/08901c788a3a4bd3efda5853d7ee9c8f6d04cf50#L0R1670

Now there is no way to change features like autocorrect and vibration.
Rudy - is this expected behavior currently?

I notice options for both the "Built-in Keyboard" and "Gaia Test Keyboard", but both options go to an empty screen.

No, not expected, that is Bug 906598.
and Yes, that bug is about to land. :)
